Ross installed 3 new toilets for us and new taps for the bathroom basins. The service he delivered was exceptional. He was highly-skilled, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful with communication. Ross was also great at trouble-shooting and problem-solving when the design/position of our toilet pipes proved to be challenging during the installation process. The quality of work was fantastic and he was very fair and reasonable in terms of costs. I'm very grateful for him suggesting further safety measures like stop taps under the sink, giving me peace of mind and saving me significant costs in damages should ever we have an issue in the future.
