朱斌Ross literally goes the extra mile interrupting his weekend plans and coming all the way from Sunbury for our initial call-out. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was required and planned out the weeks work carefully to ensure we had hot and cold water to the main rooms at the end of each days work. (A god send with a toddler in the house) Ross turned up on time each day, squeezed into tiny spots under the house to get the best result and completed the project on time and as quoted. Can’t ask for much more really! Very impressed.
